Пациентка была госпитализирована в ГНЦ РФ ФГБУ «Национальный медицинский исследовательский центр эндокринологии им. академика И.И. Дедова» Минздрава России с ускоренным ростом и асимметрией молочных желез. Было диагностировано центральное ППР, выявлено солидное образование в левой молочной железе. В ФГБУ «Национальный медицинский исследовательский центр онкологии им. Н.Н. Блохина» было выполнено иссечение опухоли, подтверждена ювенильная ФА. По данным УЗИ, сохранялись остаточные фиброматозные участки, рекомендовано наблюдение онкологом. С 7,5 года девочке была начата терапия аналогом гонадотропин-рилизинг гормона, на фоне которой очаги опухоли полностью регрессировали за 20 мес. Клинические данные позволяют предположить связь ФА и ППР (дебют на фоне пубертата и регресс опухоли при снижении уровня половых гормонов), а также рассмотреть ФА как возможное осложнение ППР. Однако эта гипотеза требует дальнейшего изучения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We present the first reported case of a juvenile fibroadenoma (FA) in a seven-year-old girl with gonadotropin-dependent precocious puberty (PP). The girl was admitted to the Endocrinology Research Centre with accelerated growth and breast asymmetry. Examination revealed central PP and a solid mass in the left breast. Surgical excision of the mass was performed at the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology, juvenile FA was confirmed. Postoperative ultrasound showed residual fibromatous tissue, oncologic follow-up was recommended. At the age of 7.5 years, therapy with gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs was initiated, resulting in regression of the tumor foci over the course of 20 months. The clinical data suggest a potential association between the FA and PP: manifestation at the onset of puberty and regression in response to a decrease in sex hormone levels. FA may therefore represent a possible complication of PP.
