Дисфункция щитовидной железы как по типу гипотиреоза, так и гипертиреоза иллюстрирует многообразие клинической картины, имитирующие различные заболевания со стороны практически всех систем, и в связи с чем своевременная диагностика заболеваний щитовидной железы зачастую может представлять сложности. В настоящей работе описан клинический случай течения болезни Грейвса с развитием тиреотоксического криза. Несвоевременная постановка диагноза привела к развитию такого тяжелого осложнения, ассоциированного с высокой летальностью.

Thyroid dysfunction, both in terms of the type of hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, illustrates the diversity of the clinical picture, which mimics various diseases from almost all systems and, therefore, timely diagnosis of thyroid diseases can often be difficult. This paper describes a clinical case of HD with the development of a thyrotoxic crisis. Late diagnosis led to the development of such a severe complication associated with high mortality.
