Рост частоты ЭДКА связан с широким применением ингибиторов натрий-глюкозного котранспортера 2 типа. В обзоре обобщены современные данные о патогенезе, факторах риска, диагностических критериях и принципах терапии ЭДКА. Подчеркнута необходимость раннего распознавания и своевременной коррекции нарушений водно-электролитного баланса для предупреждения осложнений.</p><p>   Особое внимание уделено клиническим особенностям течения ЭДКА у пациентов, получающих ингибиторы натрий-глюкозного котранспортера 2 типа, и вопросам профилактики рецидивов.</p><p>   Систематизация имеющихся знаний позволяет повысить настороженность врачей и оптимизировать ведение пациентов с этим осложнением сахарного диабета.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis (EDKA) is a distinct form of diabetic ketoacidosis characterized by severe metabolic acidosis in the presence of normal blood glucose levels. The increasing incidence of EDKA is associated with the widespread use of sodium-glucose cotransporter type 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors. This review summarizes current data on the pathogenesis, risk factors, diagnostic criteria, and therapeutic approaches to EDKA.
