РГ может быть результатом чрезмерной инсулиновой реакции, связанной либо с резистентностью к инсулину, либо с увеличением уровня глюкагоноподобного пептида-1 и дефектов регуляции глюкагона, а наиболее частой причиной постпрандиальной гипогликемии (50-70%) является высокая чувствительность к инсулину. Такие ситуации могут встречаться у очень худых или значительно снизивших массу тела людей. На развитие РГ могут оказывать влияние пищевые привычки пациента (диета с высоким содержанием углеводов и низким содержанием жиров, употребление алкоголя). При этих состояниях секреция инсулина становится неадекватной уровню глюкозы в крови, вызывая гиперинсулинемическую гипогликемию. В данной статье представлен клинический случай пациента с идиопатической реактивной гипогликемией, которая стала отмечаться с подросткового возраста и характеризовалась снижением уровня гликемии в ответ на пищу с высоким содержанием легкоусвояемых углеводов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Reactive hypoglycemia is a relatively rare hypoglycemic condition that develops due to the intake of large amounts of easily digestible carbohydrates. RG can be the result of an excessive insulin response associated with either insulin resistance or increased levels of glucagon-like peptide-1 and defects in glucagon regulation, and the most common cause of postprandial hypoglycemia (50-70%) is high insulin sensitivity. Such situations can occur in people who are very thin or who have significantly lost weight. The development of WG may be influenced by the patient’s dietary habits (high carbohydrate, low fat diet, alcohol consumption).
