НАЖБП является наиболее частой причиной хронических заболеваний печени в мире, распространенность которой в общей популяции составляет примерно 30% и встречается во всех возрастных категориях и не имеет гендерных различий. Учитывая тесную взаимосвязь НАЖБП с метаболическим синдромом, СД 2 типа и ожирением, а также огромный вклад в развитии кардиоренальных осложнений по данным многочисленных исследований, особый интерес представляет инновационная сахароснижающая терапия в лечении пациентов с НАЖБП и НАСГ. Одними из самых перспективных антидиабетических препаратов, которые помимо гипогликемического эффекта, обладают дюженой экстрагликемических плейотропных эффектов в отношении сердечно-сосудистой, почечной и печеночной функции являются иНГЛТ 2 типа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>NAFLD is a systemic metabolic disease that manifests itself in a variety of concomitant pathologies united by common pathophysiological mechanisms of development. NAFLD is the most common cause of chronic liver disease in the world, the prevalence of which in the general population is approximately 30% and occurs in all age categories and has no gender differences. Given the close relationship of NAFLD with metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes and obesity, as well as the huge contribution to the development of cardiorenal complications according to numerous studies, innovative hypoglycemic therapy in the treatment of patients with NAFLD and NASH is of particular interest. One of the most promising antidiabetic drugs, which, in addition to the hypoglycemic effect, have a dozen extraglycemic pleiotropic effects on cardiovascular, renal and hepatic function, are iNGLT type 2.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени</kwd><kwd>стеатогепатит</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет 2 типа</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы натрий-глюкозного контранспортера-2</kwd><kwd>жировой гепатоз</kwd><kwd>сердечно-сосудистые заболевания</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>non-alcoholic fatty liver disease</kwd><kwd>steatohepatitis</kwd><kwd>type 2 diabetes mellitus</kwd><kwd>sodium-glucose countertransporter-2 inhibitors</kwd><kwd>fatty&#13;
