Диабетические осложнения являются одной из ведущих причин снижения трудоспособности, заболеваемости и преждевременной смертности. Наряду с хронической гипергликемией, персистирующим системным воспалением на фоне инсулинрезистентности в развитии макрососудистых осложнений СД играет важную роль дислипидемия. Для СД характерно развитие смешанной формы дислипидемии, характеризующейся избыточным накоплением наиболее атерогенных форм липидов. В большинстве случаев при СД 2 типа имеет место гипертриглицеридемия. Наиболее эффективным инструментом коррекции дислипидемии на сегодняшний день является терапия фибратами, в том числе в комбинации со статинами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM) is growing at an alarming rate worldwide. Diabetic complications are one of the leading causes of disability, morbidity and premature mortality. Along with chronic hyperglycemia, persistent systemic inflammation on the background of insulin resistance, dyslipidemia plays an important role in the development of macrovascular complications of diabetes. DM is characterized by the development of a mixed form of dyslipidemia, characterized by excessive accumulation of the most atherogenic forms of lipids. In most cases, hypertriglyceridemia occurs in type 2 diabetes.
