Изучить клинико-патогенетические особенности поражения поджелудочной железы у пациентов с COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проанализированы 200 историй болезни пациентов с COVID-19, госпитализированных в перепрофилированное отделение гастроэнтерологии для лечения больных с COVID-19 ФГБУ «Центральная клиническая больница с поликлиникой» УДП Российской Федерации в период с марта 2020 по июль 2021 года.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Из сопутствующих заболеваний сахарный диабет 2 типа и нарушение толерантности к глюкозе (СД2/НТГ) встречались у 39 (19,5%), хронический панкреатит – у 10 (5%) человек. Наличие СД2/НТГ в анамнезе было ассоциировано с более длительным пребыванием пациентов в стационаре (p=0,0024). У 11,5% пациентов было отмечено повышение ферментов поджелудочной железы, которое ассоциировалось с тяжестью течения COVID-19 (p &lt;0,0001) и с более длительной госпитализацией (p=0,0002). Статистически значимая связь была обнаружена между возрастом и риском повышения ферментов поджелудочной железы (p=0,0011).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Поражение поджелудочной железы у пациентов с COVID-19 может быть серьезной клинической проблемой, ухудшающей клинические исходы. Результаты исследования подчеркивают важность мониторинга ферментов поджелудочной железы и гликемического профиля в протоколах обследования пациентов с COVID-19 для ранней диагностики и адекватного лечения осложнений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The aim</title><p>The aim. This study aims to investigate the clinical and pathogenetic features of pancreatic involvement in patients diagnosed with COVID-19. Material and methods. We conducted an analysis of two hundred medical records belonging to patients hospitalized with COVID-19 at the gastroenterology department of the Central Clinical Hospital of Russian Federation Presidential Administration, from March 2020 to July 2021.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Among the comorbidities observed, type 2 diabetes mellitus and glucose intolerance (T2DM/GI) were present in 39 (19.5%) patients, while chronic pancreatitis was evident in 10 (5%) patients. Notably, a history of T2DM/GI correlated with prolonged hospital stays (p=0.0024). Elevated pancreatic enzyme levels were detected in 11.5% of patients, showing a significant association with the COVID-19 severity (p=0.0001) and prolonged hospitalization (p=0.0002). Furthermore, a statistically significant correlation was found between age and the risk of elevated pancreatic enzyme levels (p=0.0011).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The involvement of the pancreas in COVID-19 patients poses a significant clinical challenge, exacerbating overall clinical outcomes. These findings underscore the critical importance of monitoring pancreatic enzymes and glycemic profiles within the evaluation protocols of COVID-19 patients to facilitate early diagnosis and ensure prompt treatment of complications.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>поджелудочная железа</kwd><kwd>амилаза</kwd><kwd>липаза</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет</kwd><kwd>нарушение &#13;
