Ключевую роль в профилактике всех осложнений сахарного диабета играет контроль гликемии. Одним из важнейших факторов общего контроля гликемии у пациентов как с сахарным диабетом 1 типа, так и с сахарным диабетом 2 типа, является постпрандиальный уровень глюкозы, как ведущий фактор риска отсроченных сосудистых осложнений. Современные возможности контроля постпрандиальной гликемии включают использование препаратов инсулина не только ультракороткого, но и сверхбыстрого действия. Одним из препаратов сверхбыстрых инсулинов, доступных на сегодняшний день, является лекарственный препарат Люмжев® (inLisFast), содержащий в качестве действующего вещества инсулин лизпро. Ряд исследований сравнительной фармакокинетики и фармакодинамики inLisFast по сравнению с инсулином лизпро согласованно демонстрируют смещение фармакокинетического и фармакодинамического профиля влево, что говорит о более быстрой абсорбции, увеличении ранней экспозиции инсулина и уменьшении поздней экспозиции инсулина. Препарат inLisFast обеспечивает гибкость в регулировании режима приема пищи, что может играть значимую роль в оптимизации контроля гликемии и улучшении качества жизни пациентов с диабетом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Diabetes mellitus remains one of the main socially significant health problems worldwide. Glycemic control plays a key role in the prevention of all complications of diabetes mellitus. One of the most important factors in the overall control of glycemia in patients with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus is postprandial glucose levels, as a leading risk factor for delayed vascular complications. Modern possibilities for controlling postprandial glycemia include the use of not only ultrashort insulin preparations, but also ultrafast action. One of the superfast insulin preparations available today is the drug Lumzhev ® (inLisFast), which contains lyspro insulin as an active ingredient. A number of studies on the comparative pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of inLisFast compared with insulin lispro consistently demonstrate a shift in the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profile to the left, which indicates faster absorption, an increase in early insulin exposure and a decrease in late insulin exposure. inLisFast provides flexibility in the regulation of food intake, which can play a significant role in optimizing glycemic control and improving the quality of life of patients with diabetes. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>сахарный диабет</kwd><kwd>инсулин</kwd><kwd>инсулин лизпро</kwd><kwd>инсулин сверхбыстрого действия</kwd><kwd>постпрандиальная гликемия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>diabetes mellitus</kwd><kwd>insulin</kwd><kwd>insulin lispro</kwd><kwd>ultrafast insulin</kwd><kwd>postprandial glycemia</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Seaquist ER.
